Hi, I’m Cassidy Glenn — the founder of Northstar Bookkeeping by Cassidy. After graduating from Thomas College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and minors in Finance and Entrepreneurship, I built my career in management and operations within the food service and hospitality industries. Over the past several years, I’ve developed strong skills in human resources, payroll, budgeting, financial record-keeping, and customer service while leading teams in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.

Along the way, I discovered my passion for helping small businesses stay financially organized and stress-free. I became certified in bookkeeping through IAP Career College and launched Northstar Bookkeeping, where I specialize in QuickBooks setup and maintenance, payroll, invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting. My goal is to make bookkeeping simple, clear, and manageable so business owners can focus on growth instead of getting lost in the numbers.

I thrive on details, problem-solving, and finding efficient systems that bring clarity to business finances. Whether it’s cleaning up messy books, setting up a streamlined QuickBooks system, or providing ongoing support, I love being the behind-the-scenes partner that keeps everything running smoothly.
